Professional Experience

With over 40 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Management , Ronald Zeccardi leads the firm’s project management services as Partner at Pirot & Associates. Ronald began his career in 1980 with NET Properties Management in Boston, MA, as a Field Supervisor, overseeing 15 Commercial Office Buildings and Strip Shopping Centers across Boston, New Hampshire, and Maine. In 1983, he joined Helmsley Spear as Assistant Property Manager at 420 Lexington Ave., eventually advancing to Vice President of Property Management at 230 Park Ave. from 1986 to 1992. He later moved to One Penn Plaza in 1992.

In 1998, Ronald was promoted to Senior Property Manager, where he managed approximately 9 million square feet of Commercial and Residential Properties, including the iconic Empire State Building and several buildings in the Garment District. In 2005, he became Vice President and Director of Property Management at Muss Development, and in 2011, he joined The Moinian Group as Vice President and Director of Property Management before transitioning to Cresa in 2019, where he served as a Principal in Project Management .

Ronald has been honored by several organizations. In 2011, 2013, 2016 & 2019 he received the President's Award from BOMA NY. In 2013 he was BOMA NY Outstanding Local Member. In 2013, Covenant House he was awarded as the LifeLine Awards Honoree.

Community

Ron has volunteered much of his time to others, dedicating fifteen years as the USA Hockey's Eastern Zone Coordinator for Coaching Education. He has graciously served on the Dinner and Journal Committees for Covenant House since 1997 and since 2015 he has been the Co-Chair of the Life Line Awards Dinner. Ron is a founding member of the NYRE & Construction Services Tunnels to Towers Foundation and serves as Co-Chair for the annual raising event.
Ron has also served on the Executive Committee for the Rogosin Institute Centers for Medical Research and Health Care and on the Board of Governors for the Empire Ball Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.
He has been married to Elaine for 41 years and has two children Michael and Kristin and is a proud Grandfather of three grandkids.
