We are directly engaged in providing end-to-end management services for all facility-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery, comprehensive cost analysis, and alignment with the clinical and operational goals of the Rothman team’s needs. We continue to administer leases across the portfolio, managing renewals, compliance, and landlord relations to support financial and strategic planning. We regularly conduct space utilization assessments and implement optimization strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and maximize space for optimal medical use, improving both patient and provider experiences.
